Microsoft Health-Vault

I am creating a Mobile(iOS) application(soda) for Microsoft Health Vault.I have created master application id and every things works fine but problem is that my application does not show any data that is present in my Health vault account,it shows only those data that were entered through this link "http://developer.healthvault.com/pages/types/types.aspx - Add Sample" or entered using the sample application downloaded from this link "https://github.com/microsoft-hsg/HealthVault-Mobile-iOS-Library".Also I have not yet used the "Go Live?" Option for my Application.

Wanted to clarify that if my application is "not live" then can i fetch data from my health-vault account or i have to "Go live" to fetch data from my health vault account.Also what is the exact procedure to go live and how much time it takes?

Your application must be using one of the PPE instances, and therefore must be fetching data from a user account in PPE. Can you make sure that this is the case?
