How to change access rule of record's app

Question

Dear Sir,

        I already change access App online/ offline rule(create, read, write, update, delete) on ACC, but the rule can't update to personal record access rule of App at some time. Even though waitting for 30 minutes. Now, I just have a one way to change access rule that "Remove all access" of this App and then re-register(allow access record information) of this App. Is it correct??

        Can I just change App's rule on ACC, then update all of record's rule?

Hi,

You do not have to remove and re-register. If removing and re-registering of the access type yields faster propagation, you may do so.
