Retrieving files from HealthVault using Java library

I wanted to know how we can download a file that has been uploaded to healthvault using java library ?

yes i tried running Weighter app and also created a similar one for uploading Blood Glucose data healthvault. But the problem is when i try to upload a file in Document section of the healthvault. The file is showing up in the list but when try to download ,It fails to doenload.

Is it that only the file schema is getting uploaded and not the content??
