Event Subscription Failure

Question

  Hi,

     I have created an event subscription for the application id "b4e375a8-73e7-4e5b-afdc-c253fa9e4bc2".
Eventhough my application is configured to use event notification, I didnt recieved any Blood Glucose notification which I have made in my application.
TypeId is    "879e7c04-4e8a-4707-9ad3-b054df467ce4"
