  1) Please read the Official Release Announcement carefully about the new features and changes in this release
  2) If you have previous .NET Services SDK installed, uninstall it from you local machine
  3) Download and install the new .NET Services March 2009 CTP SDK
  4) Visit the Release Note for most updated known issues
  5) Visit .NET Services Developer Center to explore more resources such as White Papers, Videos, and Documentations

  What are .NET Services and SQL Data Services?
  
  .NET Services are a set of Microsoft-hosted, highly scalable, developer-oriented services that provide key building blocks required by many cloud-based and cloud-aware applications. Much like the .NET Framework provides higher-level class libraries that make developers more productive, Microsoft .NET Services enables a developer to focus on their application logic rather than building and deploying their own cloud-based infrastructure services.
