Locked Error when trying to install XNA Build

After I downloaded the XNA Build March 2006 CTP, I was brought to a page that showed me how to setup Microsoft Visual Studio 2005 Premier Partner Edition. I successfully installed Microsoft Windows Installer 3.1, Miscrosoft XML 6.0, and Microsof .NET Framework 2.0. After I did that I downloaded Vs_Setup.msi. I double clicked it and there was no visual activity on my computer. About a minute later a message came up that said, "Error 1311.Source File not found : C:\Documents and Settings\(My Name)\My Documents\_1519_RTL_x86_enu_VSCC_Help_Collection.cab. Verify that the file exists and that you can access it.

The file did not exist and I could not access it. I have retried installing many times but the same thing happens. Help appreciated greatly.

I had the same error.  Did you click the link from the HTML file for the PPE installer and save it to your documents folder?  If so, you should use the installer in the folder:
    C:\Documents and Settings\(my name)\*Desktop\XNABuild\PPE\50727.42
*Where I downloaded to; yours might be different.

Don't worry i had the same problem, i figured it out. Go into the XNA build folder.
Then go into PPE then into 50727.42 Scroll all the way to the bottom, you should see vs_setup, use that set up file to install it will work just fine.

    **EDIT**
If the vs_setup file isn't there, use the file that you downloaded and paste it in there.

    Happy working!

I got the smae Error, here is the fix:

Go into the directory where you ran the XNABuild.exe
Go into the XNABuild directory that was created->PPE->50727.42
Copy and past the downloaded Vs_setup.exe into that directory and run it.
