Achievements for Windows Vista games?

Question

Hi,

From listening to Microsoft's conference at E3, it sounded like Achievements (like the Xbox 360) would be available in Windows Vista.  Is this only for cross-platofrm Windows/360 titles, or can we add support for Windows-only games?

Where can I find more information about this system?

Achievements are only accessible to publishers that create games authorized to use Xbox Live (or in the future, Live Anywhere).  The ability to create achievements will not be available to casual developers or hobbyists.
