Packard Bell Viseo 200T Touch Edition Driver

Question

Hello.

having a few issues with this under windows 8.  Device manage shows a ! under the 'usb inout device' in device manager and i cant seem to clear it.  If I look at the hardware section of windows 8, it has the name of the touch screen and says 'driver damaged'.  I have installed the driver for the monitor from the packard bell website, but just cant solve the touch screen!  Is there a generic windows touch screen driver i could use??
