AppFabric and Win8

Question

I recently upgraded Win7 to Win8 uninstalling all the applications that the setup reccomended to remove.

Unfortunately AppFabric was not on the list and now the setup.exe fails.

How can I uninstall the old AppFabric from the Win8 machine now?
