unable to uninstall AppFabrik on Windows 7

Question

I'm unable to uninstall AppFabrik and get the following log results:

This is a tool to clean up the config file after uninstalling AppFabrik. My problem is that the uninstall process from the setup fails. I don't see any other method published by Microsoft to uninstall AppFabrik than using the setup. My initial post has the setup log information.
