AppFabric Dashboard inside IIS Manger doesn't show any history

Hi, I have setup Appfabric on a win 7 64 bit which part of a domain, I ran the AppFabric configuration wizard, Event Collection service up and running under a domain account and in admins group, initialized AppFabric_Monitoring_Store DB on a remote sql 2008 R,
for security
- Administrators: mydomain\Administrators
- Readers: mydomain\AS_Observers
- Writers: mydomain\AS_Administrators
I have a WF service hosted inside IIS, I use the WCF test client, my app WF works fine and responds but I don't see anyhting in the AppFabric dashboard. I activated the log, it is created and I can see trace inside it.
I tried so many times, nothings shows in Dashboard
What I should check or configure to finalize or how can I know what is going wrong if something is going wrong?
