Solution: DirectX 10, 10.1 n 11 on Vista Ultimate x64 SP 2

Question

I have a nVidia 7100 GS GPU. nVidia Official site says that my driver supports Directx 9. And Windows Vista Compatibility Center says my GPU is Vista Compatible. Accoding to my knowledge, it's a good GPU too. But, when i run Directx SDK 2009 (August)'s DirectX 10 n 11 samples, most are working slowly and some are not working (DX 11 samples). I can't even load them. DX9 works well. Pls explain why this happens...
