Some feed back on Help Library Manager and installing Packages in VS 2010 Beta 2.

First a bug - My HLM (Help Library Manager), when you search for content on line and select one item to add, HLM responds by downloading all 38 available packages.

Given that this is over 2GB of download, its extremely costly to home and business.

So I'm really hoping you will continue to ship help on a disk and as a separate MSDN download we can all share and reuse in the office.

So my HLM B2 has never successfully downloaded all 38 packages. Which means I've attempted the download several times.
Now our house gets 20G + 40G (Off peak) a month. Plenty. But we ran past our limit after 3 weeks. 5 GB went in one night. No fun being without high speed internet. Not a good experience. :-)

At work IT watch internet usage like a hawk. If our 100? developers all download documentation at 2G a pop in one month (> 200GB) our IT boys would have a heart attack :-)

    Hope the feedback helps guys.
    Rob
