One of these may help:
- Flip between Online and offline mode.
- Restart the PC if you haven't yet
- Internet Options>>Connections>>LAN Settings >>Uncheck the box “Automatically detect settings”.

Thank you, Rob.
I tried first two things without luck. After that I did a mistake of uninstalling Help Viewer (Its mistake because I am not finding installer for Help Viewer).
I will go through the articles mentioned by you.
I have all my contents of "HelpLibrary" with me but I don't have Help Viewer. Could you please let me know where can I get Help Viewer Installer and how can I see my old contents without re-downloading all help files.
Thank you.

Hi,
when I tried a repair of Visual Studio after uninstalling the Help Viewer, the Help Viewer wasn't installed again. If you have the DVD or ISO of Visual Studio you can just install the Help Viewer with the MSI.
msiexec /i help3_vs_net.msi VS_SETUP=0
The MSI can be found in \packages\help on the installation media.
With kind regards,
Konrad

From Jason Campbell on the MS Help team...
Re “my content renders as raw HTML” threads. The root cause of this is generally an IE trust issue. In VS 2010 we could work around the issue by registering our domain (127.0.0.1) with the trusted sites.
