Question

There was a Visual Studio web development course at the address

http://msdn.microsoft.com/enus/library/ms186109.aspx until August 13, 2012

Now that has disappeared.  The closest that I could find

http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms186109%28VS.80%29.aspx

Does not seem to have the form to form navigation that I was trying to learn.

My intent is to mimic the MS Access form navigation on a web-facing front end with MSSS as the data repository.

I think there is a typo in your original page try: http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms186109.aspx

(your version was enus not en-us).  That being said I do not see the walkthrough you are looking for on this page unless the Basic Data Access in web pages is good enough.
