I installed some help content from disk using the Manage Help Settings -- > Install Content from disk option in Visual Studio 2010.
I can see the books available in the Manage Help Settings -- > Remove Content tab in the Help.
But when i click Help, I cannot view the books that I had installed.
Can someone please help me on where to check for these installed help books.

This is a help system in VS issue, I will move it to
“Developer Documentation and Help System” forum for a better support.
Thank you for your understanding!

So this is Microsoft content right? Running VS 10 SP1 (new viewer)?
There can be problems.
* If the help you installed does not a parent link to an existing TOC item you may not see it in TOC nav.
In this case try searching for a content page (it may be there but not showing in TOC).
* One fix is run H3Viewer alternative viewer. You can find an orphaned topic and hit sync to
show the topic in the TOC.
* Another fix may be to update all help. There have been many fixes to the VS 10 docs since first release.
