Problem with visual studio 2010 and sqlxpress

Question

well i don't know what happened but when i try to attach a db file to any proyect it say:

connections to sql server database files(*.mdf) requiere sql server 2005..-*****;

but i try to reinstall it..configure dataconection y tools menu from visual 2010 but nothing..can anybody help me?..

I recommend you use this tool in Complete mode to remove VS 2010, then reinstall:

well..y remove visual studio and net frameworks too..next install it..
