Debugger Canvas shows the whole class

Question

I love this tool...great help for debugging! However, when I set breakpoints in a .aspx.cs or .ascx.cs file, the code bubble always shows the whole class file, not the method only. Anyone else has the same problem? Is there any workaround? Showing only the method with the breakpoint is a big reason I like debugger canvas.

I agree... I would like each window to be ONLY the method being debugged... I am debugging some spaghetti code, and method windows would keep track of it a lot better.

Hi,

Unfortunately this is a known problem with Debugger Canvas. We do not support aspx.cs or ascx.cs files properly. Unfortunately this is a large work item that we have not yet had resources to take on.
