Can I link from the linklabel to another windows application form? Pls respond me :) thz

Yes you can,

Just drag drop a llinkbutton on your form.

While linkbutton is selected from properties window click events icon and at the list double click Click event.

At the generated method type the following code.

        private void linkLabel1_Click(object sender, EventArgs e)
        {
            Form2 f = new Form2();
            f.Show();
        }
