Office templates missing?

When trying to add new Item, Ribbon(Visual Designer) to my project cannot find it.
i tried devenv /setup and devenv /installvstemplates but no changes

I'm using Visual Studio 2010 Ultimate

I Cannot see there OFFICE Templates

Here it is OFFICE folder and all files in this foler

What should I do to fix this?

The Ribbon control is available in projects related to Office, for example “Word 2010 Add-in”. Are you dealing with such kinds of projects?

Ribbon is probably not available in Forms applications. Consider some third-party components, for example: http://social.msdn.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/winforms/thread/a923ca14-b9fe-412f-a8bf-019be5e8f0ce.
