          Just open the VS 2008 project or solution in VS 2010 (File - Open - Solution)

            A caveat however is that the project/solution will be upgraded to the VS2010 format and will no longer be usable in VS2008.  It is not until VS2010 SP1 and VS11 that projects/solutions can be opened in either version and not break compatibility.
