    Hello All,

I have what I hope is a simple question.

I want to add a link to an existing file in VS2008.  Using Vista, you simply Select Project -> Add Existing Item, select the file you want to link to, and select the Add As Link from the pulldown in the dialog.

However, in XP-land, that option does not seem to exist.  How do I go about achieving the link?

    Thanks,
    WtS

    VS2008 Professional SP1.

    Specifically, 9.0.30729.1 SP

Note that the Add button looks like it should be a pulldown, but acts only as a button.

Never mind - this time it worked, after restarting VS.  For now, file this under "quirk."
