Build a Operational System Using C#

Question

Hello,
 I was reading about Singularity and one of it's development languages were C#, then I was searching about C# OS development, but I didn't find anything very good, then I went here to ask, where I can start to develop a OS in C#? I know that the boot loader needs to be written in Assembly(that I already do a simple OS with).

I suggest you look at the singularity or cosmos code to see how its done, cosmos has a short description on the process.
