Anyone know what software that provide SDK for People counting in C#?

Oh , i need to count the number of people passing throught the webcam . I need some SDK that can help in detecting the people going in and out of the camera.

Oh i just need to count whoever pass throught infront of the camrea . It doest not need to detect the face.

the face regnonition code can do people counting? it can detect motion too? Because i want it to detect people passing it and they does not need to show thier face just passing by=)
