I'm not sure if I'm using the right terms so I'll explain what I'm looking for in simple words. I want to make this app I built, work on top of EVERYTHING else.
For instance, imagine that you want an in game calculator that you don't always have to alt+tab and go out of the game to get, so you have one in game, that u always see it even while playing the game (I know you're probably thinking that this is annoying but this is just an example).
So the first thing I want to know, is it possible to do?
Secondly, how hard is it to do? When I ask this I'm asking pretty much if the code exists somewhere or if I'll have to reinvent the wheel.
The last thing is how do I do it? If you've got guides/can explain/previous posts, please link.
    Thank you for helping.
