vs add new item >service based database or mssql database connection

Question

hello,
i am making project which running on a pc and using local database;
my problem is;
this program is using in one computer . user will install this program a nother computer too bacause if computer have any problem they will continue from second computer with database backup if i use vs service based database i dont need to setup mssql server to computer but i didnt use that.if program got error database may loose data or something crash i dont know .for example when you entering data to database if electricity down, database got error.
if i use mssql database i dont loose any data even program got error or crash.

so i have use to mssql to get more security for my data or vs service based -database same thing like mssql
