JDE Integration Question

Hello,
We're going to be using SSIS to bring data from JDE to CRM 2011. Is there a standard for connecting to CRM 2011 from SSIS? From what I understand I'd have to create a .net Web service that encapsulates the CRM web services to integrate the data into CRM 2011.
I'm just looking for more information for best practices for intergrations. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks again

You could do it with web service tasks in SSIS but the better way is to just create a .NET assembly that does what you want using the CRM web services, and then call that assembly in SSIS.

Tuesday, August 07, 2012 6:10 AMThe standard SSIS doesn't include functionality to connect to Dynamics CRM. I would recommend you check COZYROC SSIS+ extension library. It includes Dynamics CRM adapters and many other useful integration components. The library simplifies working with Dynamics CRM tremendously and supports all deployment types: Premise, Hosted and Live.
