    Hello All,

I came accross this requirement today.

I want to understand the role of the views : 'User Being Followed, User Following, User Who Follow You, User You Follow' in MS Dynamics CRM.

This view appears when you try to assign the Account to someone else.

Also more specifically I want to understand by what you mean by the view : User Following'. and to imply all the above.

    Kindly answer.

    Thanking you in anticipation

    Regards,

    Vinayak Seth

Those views are introduced by CRM activity feed feature. It's like twitter behaviors, you can follow someone on twitter, and vice versa someone can also follow you.

When someone follows you in CRM, if you have any CRM activities in the system, they will see such activities in their What's New page.

This is just my theoretical thinking, I haven't actually verified.
