CRM 2011 case allotment

Hi all,
How do you chose the allotment type between case number and time spend?
The default type is number of case but I need to configure it to deduct minutes.

This is specified in the contract template.
When you create a contract you have to choose a contract template, the default template is based on the number of cases.
Create a new template and then you can change the allotment type, which can be either
Number of Cases
Time
Coverage of Dates
