Unanswered Printing a Knowledge Base Article

    We are having an issue with printing knowledge base articles. When we open the print preview all of the fields are populated with the data seen in the article. When it prints, the fields are blank. Has anyone ever had this issue before? The printing issue only appears with knowledge base articles; contacts and other entities print properly. We are on CRM 2011, UR6.

    Yes. It happens with admin users and all others.

    We just installed Update Rollup 10 for Dynamics CRM 2011 and this bug still exists.

    Anyone else have any ideas? Looks like this effects all CRM 2011 installations.

    Microsoft has acknowledged this as a bug on their end. They said it was being looked at but did not give a specific release as to when it will be fixed.

    I'm having this issue as well. Our client needs this to work :)

    Look forward to getting a bit of communication from MS on this one.
