CRM for Property Management

Question

 

I'm working on the design and customizations for a company that handles real estate sales, as well as property management.  There CRM will house both of these areas in their business. 

 

We have some ideas of what can work, however I was curious to see if there anyone who has already developed something similar in either industry, that might have some tips!  Anything would help.  I'm the only one in house that has experience in CRM, so I'm limited on my brainstorm options.
