Unanswered regarding the email issue

    i have an a record when am sending an a email through that record the record must goes to another entity

    suppose "xyz" is an record when i send a email through this record this record "xyz" moves to another entity.

    how it possible please give me some solution?

    Natively you should be able to write a Workflow that will format and generate your Email, then perform your record 'transfer' to the new entity.

    if the email is sent from the record the complete record should have to move to that entity "crm"

    can explain a bit more how the steps should have to create in the workflow to achieve it.
