How to see the roles according to user?

Dear Experts/Gurus/MVP/Anybody,
Conceptually i am not clear about something and would appreciate if somebody can help me understand the mechanism.
i want to see the roles according specify user in crm 2011. for example when i select one user then it will display that user roles only.using switch am trying to get that solution but failed.please resolve my problem if you know.
the out put process like this
when we run the console application it will display all existing user nameslike below
User's information
1.xxxx
2.yyyyy
after when i select one user with number or name like 2 or yyyy then display the roles according to that user like below
user roles are:Delegate,Administrator ........like this

Hi,
There's actually an out-of-the-box report called 'User Summary' that lists each user and the security roles they have.
If this is all you need it for then this might save you having to reinvent the wheel.
