Filter Owner field on entity by Privilege

Question

Does anybody know of a way to filter the Owner field on any entity, showing only Users/Teams which have the privilege to own the entity?

I am interested in any solution to this, filter on the form using JavaScript, filter a Linq query via the SDK, etc.

why don't u change user lookup view from user entity???
