email activity Error(cause of HTML Contents) ?

Question

I tried to create an Email Activity in CRM 2011 with HTML/CSS Contents.. The activity status is Completed.. but openning email activity shows the following error..

Can any on enlight me on this/how to avoid it ?

the code contains only CSS(cascade stylesheet) classes to color Table contents..

You should check your blocked file extensions. CSS could be on the list.

Hi,

I'm not sure what the error is... but looking at your screenshot there are 2 messages (neither of which are errors).

The first message is merely stating that the email has not been sent from CRM yet - this will go away after it is sent.

The second message is a generic message displayed on all emails containing HTML content. It is not implying that something in this particular email has been blocked, it is simply saying if any script or content has been blocked, you can click on 'Open Message' to view the full contents of the email in a new window.

Neither of these messages should be anything to worry about though.

actually i didn't try taht one.. now i am using a plugin to send that email..
