how to get a conference Url?

i have seen a program

then i have q question here,i have not seen a conference Url contains "conf:",when  point to a person ,i know there contains "sip:"

so i want to know how can i get  a conference url congtains "conf:",i know there is conference ID and conference http

but where is "conf:"
