Forwared call not sending P-asserted-identity

Question

Scenario:

A - Calls B

B forward calls to C

Need A nr in "p-asserted-identity", B in "FROM" and C in "TO"

We need to deliver CLI information to our sip trunk provider in P-Asserted-Identity to make CDR have called, calling and callee party.

We have tried to use REFER, but enabling REFER does not cause REFER to be sent to Gateway.

Refer support is available in GW and we see it in the Allow list in both OPTIONS, INVITE etc.
