Failure in installing Mobility Services in Lync Server

Question

Hi,
  We are trying to install the mobility services in the Lync Server to get the Lync Client running on the Mobile Devices.

  BootStrapper.exe throws error. This step is getting failed with the following error,

Error: Script failed (code "ERROR_RESTRICT_DATABASE_ACCESS") when installing "MonitoringStore" on "server.domain.com\archive". For details, see the following log file: "C:\Users\sv2admin\AppData\Local\Temp\Create-MonitoringStore-server.domain.com_archive-[2012_07_18][16_07_43].log",Microsoft.Rtc.Management.Deployment.InstallDatabaseCmdlet

Also, while Installing Cumulative Update for Lync Server 2010  (Install-CsDatabase –Update -LocalDatabases ), we get the below error,

Could you kindly help us identify why the database error is being thrown.

Does this error has something to do with Trial/Full version ?
