I have CX600 and CX3000 up and running in a Lync environment. Calls between CX UC Phones and Lync clients are working fine and also the Unified Messaging feature as well. Now, I want to get also the Calendar feature enabled. Is there any additional configurations to be done in Lync or in Exchange 2010 side to get the Calendar feature enabled for CX600 and CX3000 UC Phones ?

Thursday, March 15, 2012 7:56 PMI'll bet that you forgot or didn't enable the user for UM in exchange. That's what fixed it for a couple of users in our setup.
