UCMA app to mimick star codes: do we need a trusted application for each star code?

Answered UCMA app to mimick star codes: do we need a trusted application for each star code?

We would like to have a simple UCMA app that immediately answers a call and takes a specific action and then hangs up.

For example, user dials *50 and our UCMA app answers and does its action (say, records emergency msg) and hangs up. We would like to make about 10 of these "star" codes. Does this mean we need to create 10 trusted applications? or is there some way I'm missing?

    Thanks,

You might be able to do this using the default routing endpoint feature in UCMA 3.0.  Micheal Greenlee has a nice blog post on this feature here:  Default routing endpoints in UCMA 3.0

Take a look and see if this will meet your needs.
