To modify/remove Address detail web part security settings in code

Question

After configuring Commerce Default Site with the exten. KIT web part in new environment,  I am trying to create an User Account in the Internet facing site.

I have successfully created the user. But when I try to add Address details, It shows that "Access Denied" Error.

After assigning the user in "Registered User" group only, I am able to add Address details.

So kindly let me know, How to modify or remove the "Address Detail" web part security settings in order to allow user to add Address details after creating User account through code (without adding him "Registered User" group).
