Hi, I was wondering if someone could please point me to a complete and reliable MSIL documentation (preferably 'the MSIL documentation').
Thanks in advance!

Hi,
maybe you find what you are looking for at http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/netframework/aa569283.aspx.
ECMA 335 is the CLI description which should include everything important.
With kind regards,
Konrad

A few years ago I've read a book related to the .NET IL Assembler: you can find more information at the following address

Or its 2nd edition: http://www.amazon.com/Expert-NET-2-0-IL-Assembler/dp/1590596463 (both books are useful in different ways)
