WebSitePanel and WHMCS - Automatically Creation Accounts ?

    Question

  • Hi i have problem with this ! I follow this Tut : http://services.seekdotnet.com/knowledgebase/413/WHMCS-Billing-System-Integration.html

    (and i don't use reseller Info i use Serveradmin info )

    I recently try to test it, i did setup "free" Pay type in WHMCS and in Module settings i tick "Automatically setup the product as soon as an order is placed"

    but when i place order i get this error: "The website encountered an error while retrieving http://www.mydomain.com/clientarea/cart.php?a=complete. It may be down for maintenance or configured incorrectly. HTTP Error 500 (Internal Server Error): An unexpected condition was encountered while the server was attempting to fulfill the request.

    Can someone please help me with this?

  • Hi

    firstly make sure you have soap DLL enabled in your PHP build.

    secondly add the following line to your web.config file

     <httpErrors errorMode="Detailed" />

    add this under

    <system.webServer>

    this will help you diagnose the issue.

  • Hi,

    Unfortunately, I don't have WHMCS to test the implementation at current time.

    Since you encountered an 500 error, which is possible that php is not correctly configured on your server. Have you tried browsing a simple phpinfo() page in your site? If this only happens on this specified page, I suggest you set display_errors = On in php.ini to see if this return more useful information. Also check event viewer to see if can find any clues.

    Hope the above could help, thanks.
