can't transfer the data from the reader to SQL Server

Hello All ;

i have two question ;

1.BizTlak RFID don't connect with the reader in the 64bit OS .

2.i installet BizTlak RFID 2010 in OS 32bit and the connection with the reader its done  ,

the problem is : the process can't send the data to SQL server with component SINK ,either i can't see the tag views in the process.

The device is CS203 from CSL Convergence Sys

It sounds like the device in not properly bound to process. if you write click on the process and click view tags can you see the tags being read, if you can't see tags being read here that means that there aren't any tags being sent to the database.
