BizTalk RFID Tutorial - Order Fulfillment Problem

I don't know if there anyone can help me.

I followed the steps described in Tutorial: Order Fulfillment, everything worked fine till I encountered Lessen 7, Step 2: Modify the Provider to Use Simulator. After I finished the modifications in MyPhysicalDeviceProxy.cs and MyDeviceProvider.cs and rebuilt the solution, I went back to RFID Manager and saw the status for my device changed to Retrying. And if I right clicked this device I saw a connection problem to this device, "target machine actively refused this IP and Port".

the device worked fine before I modified the source code of MyPhysicalDeviceProxy.cs and MyDeviceProvider.cs.

Any idea how to fix it? Thanks!

Please make sure the above steps to verify the TCP/IP listner is installed properly. Also make sure there is no Credintial you need to pass to this Mainframe CICS Server program to pass TCP/IP listner. Also make sure your TI WIP (Windows initiated Processing) has correct remote environment specified with right environment & port number.
