connecting RFID reader module to micro controller

Question

Hi guys,

We are doing an architecture project and we are new to electronics. 

We are trying to connect an EM-18 reader module to NXP 89V51RD2  micro controller. We are using  RS232 IC as the interface

but have no idea where or to which pins the connections need to be given.

If any one knows how to connect these then plz help us out... Thanks in advance

I don't the type of those module or controller, you want to connect reader module to micro controller or what's your problem actually?
