    Guys,

    The solution is simple.
Change the service start type to Automatic(Delayed Start).
Wait for couple of minutes after server reboot. The service will be restarted.
This works for me,though do not know the root cause yet.

Check the enterprise Single Sign on Service that its start up type is set to automatic. Type services.msc on run, select the enterprise single sign on service and open its properties. In the General tab set its start up type to automatic. Also check the account under which it runs. May be its your domain user and it requires password each time the service starts.  All the other In-Process hosts are dependent on this service they will start only if the Enterprise single sign on service is started.

Ok, If this is the case, go to your BizTalk Management console and under platform settings node select the BizTalk Server Application Host instance. Right click and go to properties and see if the "Disable host instance from starting" option is not checked.

In Administrator Console i dont see the Platform Settings Node that you mentioned.

this is the path i am navigating through Admin Console.

BizTalk Server 2006 Administration -> BizTalk Group [M/c Name] -> Applications -> Our Application Name

Please check this and correct me where i am going wrong, and send me the path if possible.

    Thanks,

No this action should not be checked as this disables the host instance from Restarting automatically. Under which account the BizTalk Server Application host instance runs? Is it the same account under which you logon to the server? When you start it manually does it require you to enter password?

I have changed mine to Automatic (Delayed). Now the BizTalk service starts automatically two or three minutes after the other services have.
