AnswerStandby BizTalk 2006 R2 Host Server & Log Shipping?

I'm currently investigating re-doing our DR process for our BizTalk 2006 R2 environment and properly setting up the log-shipping to our DR site. I understand how the log shipping works but just trying to get my head around how I need to configure our DR site BizTalk environment.

Currently we have a seperate DR installation of our BizTalk Server host with it's own set of management databases which are not linked back to our production BizTalk environment. Our DR installation of BizTalk also has it's own set of service accounts which are also not shared with Production. Once I properly setup the BizTalk Server log-shipping between our Production and DR database servers, this will effectively do away with our DR BizTalk management databases but break our DR BizTalk Host server as it will no longer have it's domain service accounts having the required access in SQL.

How do others get around such a scenario? Do people use the same service accounts for both their DR and Prod environments? We would like to keep our Prod and DR BizTalk environments synced but want to be able to bring our DR environment up at will for BizTalk application deployments and DR tests without affecting our Production servers.
