    Hi,

837 Document splitting issue at the claim level still exists in Biztalk server 2009.
This issue was addressed by KB 967945 in Biztalk server R2.
Can anybody from MSFT throw some light ?

    Regards
    Sarala

    Hi,
Did you change the Hipaa schemas? Follow the following article to get it fix:

    http://blogs.msdn.com/biztalkb2b/archive/2009/07/16/increase-your-hipaa-sub-document-splitting-performance.aspx

    Thanks

    Gyan,

I have tried that option, it was not working.
Based on the KB for 2006R2, along with the change in the Hipaa Schemas (Add Split child option) there was bug fix in the MIcrosoft.Biztalk.EDI.MessageCore.dll and Microsoft.Biztalk.Edi.PipelineComponents.dll

I am not sure whether that dll's are fixed in 2009.

    Regards
    Sarala

    Hi,
Sorry I did not see that you are using BTS2009 . I was thinking that you are using BTS2006 R2.

You are right that it has been fixed in BTS2006 R2 only and it is not fixed in BTS2009.
But there is Hipaa 5010 patch on the BTS2009 that has this splitting fix available.

    You can download it from:
    https://connect.microsoft.com/Downloads/DownloadDetails.aspx?SiteID=218&DownloadID=20582

    Thanks

    Hi Sarala,

We also recenlty migrated from Biztalk 2002 to 2009, all my 837's (I,P and D) are working fine.

All developed all my maps in Biztalk 2006 R2 (us the KB to get the new X12 Schemas),then migrate to BTS 2009.

I don't see any problem yet.

    Thanks

    Gyan,

Thank you for the guidance, the 5010 patch resolved the issue.
Do you have any idea when this will be released for Production

    Regards
