I'm using bing maps in my application, and I need to draw an image on the map. Is there anyway to do this in a metro application?
Obs, the image is fetched from a server as a byte.

Do you want the image to be a pushpin or appear as a map overlay that scales with zoom level?
As a pushpin load it into an Image and position it with MapLayer.SetPosition and MapLayer.SetPositionAnchor.
As a map overlay you will want to make it accessible on your server in tiled format and use MapTileLayer to add them to the map.

It needs to scale with the zoom level, and I'm not able to change anything on the server side.
Would it be possible so save the image locally, and then refer to the url on the computer?
